The diagram appears to include more than one experiment. Each EDA diagram should represent a single experiment to enable the system to give usable feedback.

The system detects that there may be more than one experiment in the diagram if there are at least two analysis nodes which do not have any groups or any independent variables of interest in common. If your diagram only depicts only one experiment you may disregard this message.

If you have included multiple experiments in your diagram, you need to create multiple diagrams – one for each individual experiment. You can do this by using ‘Save As’ and deleting the extra experiment(s) in the new diagram and then going back to your original diagram and using ‘Save As’ to save another copy and delete different extra experiment(s) in that copy. Continue this process until you have a separate EDA diagram for each individual experiment.
